Meet Julie
In a former life, Julie trained in Music Business and Sound Engineering at The University of Colorado and Acted at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. She spent a couple of years behind the scenes at the Denver Center Theater as a sound engineer, and many years in front of the scenery in Hollywood, acting, before tackling the intriguing world of Real Estate Sales!
Now In her 22nd successful year in Real Estate Sales and Consulting, Julie is a third-generation Colorado Native with deep roots first planted in the state by her great-grandfather, Winter Fyfe, who came over from Scotland and ran the general store at the Tomboy Mine in Telluride. Julie’s grandfather was in the early mortgage business in Denver, and her Mom was one of Denver’s first iconic female Real Estate Agent. So, deep love and knowledge of Denver Real Estate are in Julie’s blood.
She is passionate about sharing her broad knowledge of Denver’s neighborhoods, history, and dynamic Real Estate market with her clients, Buyers, and Sellers, first-time and experienced. One of her favorite things to do is to give new Denver buyers a grand tour of the city to start the process of selecting the right neighborhood for their needs.
Julie is well known for her integrity, skill, and negotiating skills in guiding clients through transactions, both home sales and purchases and especially her ability to make the process pleasant for her clients. Julie is a longtime volunteer for and supporter of children’s, animal, and environmental causes, including the Denver School of the Arts, AMP the Cause, Invest in Kids, Friends of Manual High School, Smile Train, The Rainforest Fund, Environmental Defense Fund, ASPCA, Historic Denver, and is a Colorado Public Radio Evergreen member. She loves the mountains and the ocean, skiing, cycling, singing, yoga, cycling, and acting when she can squeeze it in! Most of all, she loves her grown son, Billy, and her two dogs, Roy and Georgie-boy!
